Standard gear with 40ias from LoH and HL gives you 5/4/4/4/6 (23).
To reach 5/3/3/3/6 (20) you need 70 gear ias and 42 werewolf (precast from stash) or 80ias and 33lvl werewolf.
Basically you have to wear 2os tiara/pelt + Nos or 3os tiara.

One thing Ive forget to mention about botd - since you have ll/ml on the weapon, you can play with second ring (second raven, angelic, etc).

Imho eth Tomb Reaver is still top tier choice.
With LoH+HL and ias jawel in Gface/Jalal or Nosferatu you will hit 4/3/3/3/6 (19). High res bonus open for you more options with helmet (gface) and socket inside.

Btw before someone will go mad - I don't underestimate the Grief setup. I believe it's one of the best, but saying it's the best in slot is probably not a true.

True. But you won't have the nice 1.5k dps firestorm as hybrid.

I wouldn't be so quick to dunk on the eth reaper wolf. It has quite a few positives imo versus eth tomb or grief set ups.

I.e way more consistent decrep procs vs a toll merc, have the option of using a pride might merc without losing a decrep source, 100 % ds with g face, eth reapers toll is much easier to obtain vs a 3os eth tomb etc.

Obviously grief and tomb are good set ups though. Try a p8 chaos run on sp to compare between these set ups and eth reapers. If you're testing p1 it's prob hard to tell a difference between them.

I am aware of how the ias ss frames worked in original lod btw. To be fair though, during ptr I didnt have a full grasp on the new ias changes.

To add to the convo, apparently death in an eth decapitator is a really powerful budget option as well that can give you 100 ds and 100 cb.

Nope, it's still top tier weapon for fury. Only "minus" is the price.

The atk speed is still the same as before right? They just made it so off weap ias also applies in wolf form.

Botd is best. Dmg is a little lower than greif but the range is what makes it the BIS choice. It also grants all the leech you need
