Don't use obediance but use eth reaper toll + guillaume visage (or eth reaper "ber" if you are rich + helm of your choice) but only if you don't worry about shatering corpses because both weapon deal cold dmgs. Use eth arrioc needle "amn" + Gface or Botd Ghost Spear ( or GT or Wp or Gp) or budget option Hone Sudan Eth Up 3Shael + Treashery & Lifeleech helm of your choice, if you don't wanna shater corpses.

LMK if you tested any of these or got an answer.. I'm a zerk barb as well pushing for 99 by doing fastest possible D kill in baal games. Using might merc w/ eth reapers, andy, fort currently.

And if you really NEED leech that bad for some odd reason, just swap out the guillame lol
