So then you proc it every fight? Or only when its needed? I'd assume you might still be faster than act1 merc tho. I'm thinking enigma for this issue. But lose out of dps.

Only when needed, enigma version is way faster with WW. I've got a WW barb who does exactly that, le tele horker :D
