crazy how one seemingly unrelated change to casting delays impacted the outlook of an item in probably unintended ways. I'm expecting these 20k+ jstocs/jstods to plummet in value.

Wonder what other undiscovered interactions there are out there. great job with testing and writeup!

Will be used in many builds, not only palas. And vt vs all aswell. For me it's an op shield it gives too much dmg, smite vs smite sucks with this shield

I have now tested phoenix with zeal. I can confirm that the delay from the phoenix firestorm no longer applies to zeal in the 2.4 ptr.
