Hopped on and couldn't tell a difference, I stacked IAS on everything and it was still slow, so my hope that off weapon ias would work appears to be false

To elaborate, off weapon i used treachery +45, loh +20, ammy +20, Andy Visage +20, belt +10

I tried for weapons 30% sword, 40% axe (both shaeled) and botd archon staff

Tried various fury/feral rage and werewold skill allocations and couldn't tell a difference, not to say something isn't changing but if it is it is quite minor

Feels slow

im testing it right now and its really bad. I have 146 ias on gear with a phase blade + 73 ias from werewolf for a total of 239 ias. It feels like I have basically just capped out at the normal druid ias breakpoint of 70ias for 10fpa.

Can someone suggest a way to test for sure what breakpoint I am at?

Holy crap, and I thought it was bad after they fixed the IAS “bug”, right now fury is already way slower, although it seems to be the animation that is slow, if you switch to legacy graphics, it does seen to attack at 4FPA like before (like in D2 LoD) for a tomb reaver with 90%IAS. Wondering if that’s whats happening now?, try switching to legacy graphics and see how the attack speed looks

I guess what they meant when they said we would be able to cast spells while being melee, is that werewolf and werebear skills will be deprecated but not removed from the game yet, and we are supposed to swing our weapons in windy form, got it, nice move blizzard

This is an actual disaster for fury druids, complain in the PTR review thing it gives you an option to leave feedback...don't know how people at blizzard thought this was a good idea
