I don't have the ptr installed atm, but I would expect one to take more hits but spend less time in the block animation. pre 2.4 should have you getting occasionally stunned here and there, while this should let you move fairly freely unless you get hit by a champ cow or something causing fhr

I usually don't find myself in these situations too often, so it's possible that I can't tell the difference... I was expecting this post-tele block animation as a revealing factor but haven't seen it once.

Ok, so I've tested it a little bit more. This time with a berserk barb (reduces defense to 0, so block should be procing almost all the time).

Looks like it works - it interrupts attacks less often then it did before. Hard to know for sure if the block is successful (no hp loss) just not displayed (no block animation) or if the hp loss actually happens. But my first impression is that there is no hp loss as a result of such block.

I'd be glad to hear if you guys tested it and can share your opinions.

(This is for pre-animation. Post-animation and after the whole attack the block animation happens, of course.)
