The +freeze target freezes the monster body and when your kill them they disappear so you cannot use the skill find gold on them :/

The other runewords can make sense as using low runes to create a leveling / budget option
This kind of super expensive runeword that doesn't have any obvious utility is a lot worse
Why would you use it? An act 2 merc can provide level 21+ might and level 20 concentration aura, so its not really a merc option. Zons won't have a use for it compared to faith, and pierce is redundant there anyway. And non-zons need some kind of o-skill to make bows relevant, like widowmaker. Which this doesn't have

someone theorycraft me a use for this, because I don't see it

Well he may have. Unless i missed it in Rykkers reveal, he did not mention the Korean content creator who revealed Wisdom. While MacroBioBoi, Seemed to confirm that was a legit runeword on his stream as i was listening a few minutes ago.. Maybe the streamers where given impartial information on all the runewords or Rykker simply forgot to include there where 5 in total. Maybe there is more?

Fire based arrows.

Why would you use this over any other, better option?
Zons get 100% pierce with a razortail. +skills don't add as much damage as -resists / +% skill damage. It doesn't have the aspd of faith. The phys damage doesn't help fire skill arrows. It doesn't have exploding arrows mod which is what allows enchant/holy fire builds to work with the fire damage added to explosions.
Its a whole lot of 'why?'

I'm really really straining to imagine a plausible scenario. Maybe in a colossus crossbow on a strafe zon who intentionally hits a slow breakpoint to allow shots to hit a target without wasting nextdelay, ie hit at exactly 5 FPA since arrows/bolts can only hit every 5 frames anyway. But even then, I think windforce would be higher damage

Even if someone could answer your questions, they'd prolly keep it to themselves. This bow might be part of a new meta build. The 100% pierce on a non Amazon character is unprecedented. Also hint: act1 Merc may be tweaked

I mean you could use it on an enchantress A1 merc to get some minor aoe but without exploding arrows on merc its still not that notable. Its a step up from kuko at least, but less aspd than faith. I'm not sure how relevant piercing is without exploding arrows or multishot/strafe
