Wizardspike gloves are the best item that’s ever existed and there is absolutely no contest. Bug belt is up there but still not as busted

Arkaines is only usable on a couple builds, there’s no way it could ever be the top item no matter how much life it gives you

Inbetween what we have now and 08 items, because as it stands, most elite unique items are so worthless that they shouldn't even drop. Rather have something better drop than fucking gargoyle's bite.

That's another huge problem that needs to get addressed. New items cannot be just runewords. Uniques in armor, weapon and helm slots need to have some value, otherwise why are they even in the game?

Looks like garbage compared to Enigma. It has decreased run/walk speed. Basically you gain 750 life in exchange for teleport. Chains of honor is arguably better.
