People use their btags to not have to swap regions my guy. This scam will likely run more rampant when queues are back for ladder

If you are to lazy to swap regions manually to make sure you can only trade with the person you sent the PM to then that's a you problem.

You literally missed everything I said about avoiding queues too. I don’t disagree with you, but like, it has a distinct functionality that people have and will use it for. Damning it by saying “yeah if you dont wanna sit in a potential queue for an hour or more down the road for a trade, then that’s on you” is a pretty idiotic argument lol.

when there was sure, but even ladder I feel like they have fixed the need for queue.

Yes. I’m aware. That’s why I am not entirely disagreeing with you. But what is your argument later on when there is a queue? Don’t be lazy and find someone in the same Lobby of the same Region to trade with you?

I just feel if the trade is that important, got a good deal, or expensive, then even a 5 min queue isn't terrible.
They keep playing so unless they need the FG right now for a trade I don't see much of an issue.

plus side is you know exactly who you are trading, downside is when/if a queue does come, it may take a little more time.
The servers are more stable so we don't have the issue of everyone crashing and making a massive broken queue.

Yeah fair. I think as long as the massive queue doesn’t return, then what you said holds true.

Just let the scammer send first, then if they don’t send you know they are a scammer
