good table, but the 5 fpa and 4 fpa are wrong, just bcuz we can use eias 167 and eias 220 now

legen took the marvel. equation and used the maple app to do the calc, of this, i did manually and agree with legen

edit¹: with this eias table we can calc all sorts of ias needed!
edit²: answering Matt, now you can achieve 9 fpa with gt at 40% ias instead of old d2 42%ias

Quick guide to know the ias needed!

use this formula:
(120*(EIAS - Skill Ias + WSM)) / (120 - (EIAS - SkillIAS +WSM)

how to apply the numbers:
Eias: the giant quote above has the eias and the fpa, for example to hit 9 fpa we need the eias 60!
Skill ias: aka Sias, skills that give %ias, in your case BoS or if you're wierd fana aura provided by beast ew
WSM: weapon speed modifier, every claw has one, check here https://diablo-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Assassin_Katars_(Diablo_II)#Exceptional if you're using two claws (RC+LC)/2 = your average wsm
*with auto wsm you use this formula -> ((RC+LC)/2) + (RC - LC) = AWSM ie: GT+WF ((-30 + 10)/2) + (-30 - 10) = awsm of -50!

Now you can calc by yourself!

just for curiosity:
BoS lv36 (57 Skill ias) + Awsm of GT+WF (wsm -50)

(120*(EIAS - Skill Ias + WSM)) / (120 - (EIAS - SkillIAS +WSM)
(120*(129 - 57 + -50)) / (120 - (129 - 57 + -50)) = 26,93877... = 27% ias needed to achieve 6 fpa laying trap
(120*(167 - 57 + -50)) / (120 - (167 - 57 + -50)) = 120% ias needed to achieve 5 fpa laying trap

without BoS + wsm GT, RT or PB (wsm -30)
(120*(78 - 0 + -30)) / (120 - (78 - 0 + -30)) = 80% ias needed to achieve 8 fpa laying trap with 1 or 2 GTs/RTs or 1 PB (all this weapon would get -30 wsm) without BoS (so you can use fade)

can someone tell me how much ias needed for hoto setup using BOS to hit beyond 9 frame?

like 8 frame or 7 frame?

with BoS lv26 (55% Sias) + Hoto flail (-10 wsm)
(120*(78 - 55 + -10)) / (120 - (78 - 55 + -10)) = 14,5794... = 15% ias to reach 8 fpa with hoto flail + BoS lv26+
(120*(100 - 55 + -10)) / (120 - (100 - 55 + -10)) = 49,4117... = 50% ias to reach 7 fpa with hoto flail + BoS lv26+

edit: so just put a jewel of fervor (15%ias jool) in your gear to reach 8 fpa with hoto flail + BoS lv26+
