The best thing I think is to form a plan for consensual pvp. For example maybe if after clear areas and go to town and aggress this means follow out of town for pvp. Or can follow to WP means a1 pvp or if agress, rejoin party, show as a1, this clearly means pvp unless pvm area clear.
I find there is a lot of pvp on console but not in pvp room usually. Sometimes can host it and see if others join but seems more common in hell - Baal search
