+10 stat travel nodes everywhere (absolutely pointless for 99% of poe builds), same passives for almost every meta skill type. Damage multipliers/crits are stronger than anything else. The best build in past ~year used to pick 5 notables from entire tree (2 of them just for the most efficient pathing) and rushed jewel slots. It’s funny in a long run
