156-74 = 82, so a wyrmhide or preferably a dusk shroud so you can run base str assuming you can reach 77 str with just anni/torch and whatever other items you have give str. Even if you can't reach 77 with zero pts added, dusk is still the best armor for enigma if running spirit monarch. For paladins and book wielding warlocks (and maybe head wielding necromancers), mage plate is best as you don't need to hit 156 str so 55 + 74 = 129 str, which is plenty for heads books and paladin shields. If you are really starved for strength for any of these 3 builds, you could even run a light plate or breast plate enigma, but it is fairly unlikely to need an armor that light.
