Patch notes: "Slightly reduced the chance for Heralds to drop Unique, Set, and Rare items."

I thought "slightly" means "little", but based on my experience I was wrong on that.

Shards are dropping all the time.. seems like the new meta is run high density

Worldstone keep-> River/Chaos sanctuary-> flayer jungle+trav+ meph -> andy-> Tal rasha tomb+ halls of dead-> reset

all acts bosses for statue too.

Now that heralds seems to drop similar to normal unique monsters but take significantly more time and effort to kill, especially using non S tier builds...They seem to worth it mostly for sunders only.
Act bosses still the best for TC87 uniques and chronicle.
General mobs for runes.

5 game clears: 321 Heralds; 3 uniques; 4 sunder charms, but from regular mobs(mf easter egg used) [558 MF on char]

tier 1 heralds are just kill then move on with the goal to get to tier 5. Once u hit like tier 2 and 3 is when rares will actually drop from them.
Dont even worry about lookin at the tier 1 drops. My loot filter doesnt even pick it up unless its a "gg blue base" which hasnt happen to often lol

Why kill heralds at all right now?
I think they completely forgot that there is supposed to be some kind of incentive to grinding away a whole game of terror zones and killing progressively stronger and more dangerous elites with HP on par with ubers or baal

The simplest way to do heralds now is to simply teleport away once they start spawning because of the small chance they'll be dangerous. Maybe you still kill t1, maybe t2 heralds, but anything t3+ isn't worth the time it takes, and the only reward is the xp
