Fixed an issue where the bonus to radius was sometimes not reflected in the Miasma Bolt, Miasma Chains, and Abyss tooltips.
Lol yes^ is correct. Wording is just a bit weird but they are correct. they meant "soft" points which should "add" to the radius but currently it doesnt but in the new patch, it will be. But after you reach to lvl 20, nothing will change. You will see on friday that after you entrophy reaches lvl 20, the tooltip will stay the same even if it reaches lvl 50.
