Options -> Video -> Press "Calibrate" under screenspace.
UP/Down arrows until you find what you like.
Personally I do down button to maximum + 1 time up.

To remove the border around your character window and inventory screen
Options -> Gameplay -> Large Font Mode (Accessibility).
This also makes it easier to fast click things like identify items at cain. Superb high resolution screens.
