I don't work at BK anymore, but your problem is that you used technology you don't master. You tried something and failed and are not aware that you failed (because lack of tech mastery). Now you need to reinstall your battle net client to fix this (I know this because of my tech mastery).

Did you try turning off your PC and turning it back on again? You can try it after your work shift. Reset your PC and reinstall stuff. If that doesn't fix it then you're doing something wrong for sure!

I bet if just turned off his Nintendo switch and did some easy steps; like if he turned it back on & did a quick factory reset of settings and then reinstalled Diablo 2: Raid of the Warlock. I bet if he followed those easy settings it would fix the issues he's having on his Nintendo Switch!
