Reaper’s toll will always be bis until they allow you to tele while shifted

I think Fort is easily superior to hustle. If FRW is an issue can always toss on 12% FRW Shapeshifts (rather than +life)

Hustle Sacred Armor on Merc is key if he wearing reaper's to keep up imo (as is Cham eth visage so he hits a lot to live with the LL and proc Decrep)

If you're going eth Tomb reaver (stone + Lo + Zod) you can afford all of these things so the FRW GCs aren't an issue

Also, I use 1 dual leach res all ring + 5% BK and all the other items you listed which isn't too bad

It's quite possible and probable (I think Zod'd eth reapers might be best in slot) ... especially with a renewed boke break since I think the decrep is much more powerful with the sunder

+ then your merc can use pride

You really don't need to have CTA on swap, easily reaching over 4k life without BO, and with the capacity to leech back your full health pool every fury, so this is allowing you to use reaper/dreadfang on swap.
Much more reliable to self-proc decrep/amp than relying on a merc that you can't reposition with tele.
Might + Pride merc keeps supporting with big radius auras even when far behind.

This is letting you use higher dps options for your main weapon.
eBOTD TM is highest dps vs everything except ubers and some tanky T5 heralds
eDeath (glorious > decap) is slightly more dps vs ubers
eth zoded reaper is absolutely fine as main weapon too if you don't like pressing w from time to time (its only +1 rangeadder tho)
eBOTD GPA might be the best option for low player count due to the +4 rangeadder and max fpa
eth Tomb Reaver /w zod + stone isn't a bad option if you want to benefit from up to +5% xp, up to +115% mf and up to 50@ (but it's considerably less dps)
grief + SS is HC only, safer but less dps/range

BOTD Archon staff out dps grief/phoenix by a large margin, fury druid can get some of the highest phys dmg in the game for pvm, brand swap for perma amp basically, just melts p8.
