when you reinstalled with the ptr, did you delete the entire d2r folder and install it again? if not, try that.
have you always had this problem, or did it start after a specific event, like RotW release?

troubleshoot game settings / video settings before you do anything else. start by resetting to default if you haven't.

Anyone solved this ?

1-while tp to town crash also tp to zone crash
2-new game creating crash
3-playing 10-15 mins and instantly freezing and going desktop ( game closed )

i tried:

1- new pc pieces didnt work
2- reinstall with ptr didnt work
3- windowed mod didnt work
4- drivers updated didnt work

My pc :

Monitor: Samsung C27RG50FQM
Graphics Card: 4060 ti
Processor: i5-13600KF - 3.50 GHz
Motherboard: TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI
RAM: DDR4 3200Mhz 32gb (2x16gb)
SSD: Kingston SA2000M8500G 512GB

I remember having a lot of crashes and overall problems with D2R after tweaking my RAM speed. Going back to the native speed solved the problems.

Absurd question, I understand you tried your account on another PC, in order to confirm it's not a "Game related" issue...

I know I Heard some stash issues in the past related to modifiers... Worthy to check It just in case

It's hard to say, but to me these seem like memory problems. Any other games crashing? Did you by any chance disable or lower the size of your swap/virtual memory file?
You should run a Memtest86 from an usb drive to see if any of your memory sticks has problems.

RAM is unstable. Check RAM is sitting properly.

If RAMs are in Slot 1/3 , switch to 2/4

Make sure BIOS is set correctly
