Well, Echo will still be S-Tier. S+ even.

Infinity is not necessary if you have sunder charm and - Fire resist from skill trees and from Gear, should be enough and Farm other areas with less fire immunes.

In non ladder might as well get infinity Merc when it’s affordable. Flame wave/apocalypse and some ring of fire is a pretty fun Fire war lock.

20 in all 3 fire skills

15 in bind demon
you only want to be able to bind with a unique with conviction
this could become 0 pt if you have infinity on merc, cuz all other stuff isn't worth 15 hard points

10 in demon mastery
conviction demon + consume a tainted
after obtaining infinity: replace conviction demon by a defiler, or literally drop to 1 hard point and just consume a tainted

1 in consume
the +/-% fire is capped at lvl 11 soft points (you should reach that with basic gear)

remaining points in blood oath
best defensive skill in the game
but it will be even more worth it to invest in it cuz they said they will nerf the demon's hp

potentially 1 pt in hex:siphon
just for sustain
prior to getting infinity, you can get your sustain from a insight+cure+prayer merc, but if you swap to infinity you'll want some sustain (and self-wearing insight isn't a good option for a fire warlock)
