I doubt all of the planned changes will stay after public testing. People are already complaining too much and my guess is that blizz will backpedal a little.

This nerf = streamer bait. PTR first = get actual player feedback before finalizing. I agree Echo Strike was OP, but this nerf is just overkill. We need to speak up

It won't have +attack speed that hex: purge provides so if it is a 2h weapon but under the effects of decrepify,.... and also there has not yet been ias calculator for warlock up until this time to figure out where the IAS breakpoints are to determine gear-layout or have assessment of how bad the lock ias is.

Then for binds, if go holy freeze for the hopefully amp proc % then still no ias boost. If go +Fanaticism, then have lowered amp proc chance.

You can bind a cursed demon with fana aura. Buriza, kuko or even mist are good weapons with pierce. You could also got with 2h death and mephisto book.

Can the bow route get to 75% FCR without kill speed loss?

20 hellwarden + 20 arachnid + 20 trang, you can get the rest from the ring + amu slot.

Darn was hoping not laying of hands slot or the highlords/atma's amulet slot ><

50fcr is more than enough. You can have sling, hellwarden, arachnid, highlord's, loh and raven.

si k. dang we went from 125% FCR to acceptance of 48% FCR bp.
