Moving as fast as me? No. But a mouse and keyboard speed doesn't really slow down much with age... does your brain slow down at 30/40/50? I'd assume not until you're 60+ usually.

But my dad does do mythic raiding in world of warcraft, so he is a pretty decent gamer himself and does stuff I probably couldn't do without a lot of practice.

have you watched esport like sc and lol? most pro retire after 30, because they simply cant keep up with the young one. its normal your reflex and everything slow down after that, can play is one thing same as before is another. you could argue your dad still got alot of juice in his tank but for most folks thats not the case.
