Idk man seems like a shit item two charms cant replace life leech str 60-70 % res. If you compare to any decent fcr ring they are max garbage

no cost. you gain a new tp skill and just need to reset your key bind.

im the type to always start a run with an empty tp tome, so this is a sweet qol upgrade, haha. nice during grushes too
