No I referred to it being supergood still, no matter where you use it. Most physical builds this season are obviously Echo Warlock. And Echo Warlock dont need additional damage anyways. So just put it in your helm or Shield and you are good to go.

TR is of course a viable option for it.

i guess you could argument that -phys res isnt that big of a deal either then because locks are good dmg wise anyways, so people just socket this for mf and gf + a little xp gain?

At least for me thats true.
