What is the best weapon?
Or is this based off merc and such as well.
Reached 99 on Ladder with ecv insight+shako (pvm king-combo, imo).
It is really good and really cheap, but if you can get ML and LL from other sources: Fortitude (any base). Big Min damage = consistent clears (archon staff/Ogre maul).
Pvp: doom and whatnot.
