If I already have chronicles for an item but someone else hasn't. Would it still highlight in green for others when I pick up the item?

no, it won't show on your screen that it is eligible for them, but they will get the credit when you identify it

ahhh that's not good if others trying to farm for me in the game. they just need to ID all uniques...sigh
