My idea is simple : leave conversion as it is and always has been for 25 years now.
Find other solutions for the "problems" you cited.
Bots : this is already taken care of.
Annis : related to bots.
Sunders : they are not "easy". They are the OG sunders. The "easy" sunders lasted for 14 hours after launch. OG sunders are less rare than Latents but they don't rain in TZ either. And they are a great implementation to the game. There is no need to remove them from xpac nor ROTW after conversion as they dont bring the same value as a Renewed.

Not everybody wants to play ES Warlock.

Some builds really benefit from Sunders. Some builds cant be seriously played without one. And these are stronger Sunders than the OG ones, whether you like it or not!

Okay lets say you get the sunder, now what?

What changes? You get to farm the same shit over and over again and have the same endgame content?
