Breakpoints are 75fcr and 125fcr. 75 is enough, but with enigma 125 is way faster, also since ES is fcr based, its way more dps. Drop that tomb reaver id say, go for inisght. Also id use FCR helmet over shako if i need extra FCR, I personally use Coven runeword for that. With Coven & Inisght you will get 125FCR easy or drop SOJ for 1x extra fcr ring.

You basically have 2 options, death runeword or mana leech ring.

i have a 2 ml leach ring. its enough with insight.

Insight or even death solves all mana issues.
Insight being the better of the two.
