If you keep paying for AI SLOP, they will never release quality content. Which explains why Blizzard keeps releasing AI SLOP. You keep buying it. Stop. Giving. Them. Money. They do not deserve it.

if your priority is to clear those as fast as possible sure

also its 1/5 not 1/6

so each hard point of cold mastery is giving you -1% cold res, thats -20% for 20 skills.

infinity? -95% cuts down to -19%.

personally, I'd like to layer up some defenses so I don't die rather than have slightly better damage vs cold immunes

95 (-60 doom, -10 sunder, -10 protector, -5 facet) is giving you -85, so those monsters will have 10% cold res before cold mastery. -100% cold mastery will drop that to -10% vs cold immunes.

Hdin got a 50% buff in rotw. it can actually kill immunes with sunder now.

cold mastery doesn’t “sunder” anything

it never did
it never will

it just applies -res AFTER immunity is broken
same as always

so the order is simple:
sunder OR conviction breaks immunity
THEN cold mastery applies
THEN LR applies

and yeah… all of that is 1/5 vs immunes

you don’t need sunder
you don’t need infinity

but without at least one of them your mastery does literally nothing vs immunes

best setup?

sunder + infinity + mastery

that’s how you actually push stuff into negative

and no… you’re not hitting -100 on immunes
not even close

blizz nerfed that years ago with the 1/5 penalty

highest cold res mobs?

~200+ yeah
doesn’t matter tho

after sunder they all get set to 95 anyway

I believe that having more than one account on this site is against the rules? Or are there special circumstances where you can have more?

Also, sunder is gg. I only put in 1 points to cold mastery now.
