yeah it depends on your setup. You'll need a point engorge anyway for bind so that's +1, and a 125 set of mang song, enigma, hellwarden, +2 ammy, arach, anni, torch, cta is going to be +16, hence level 17 hex with 18/18 laek/maek
then another 3/3 possible per sling ring, 6 maek on hellwarden, 14 laek on enigma, you can wind up with 38/30 laek/maek total on a char with only 1 point hex siphon / 1 point engorge, and that's also why a blood boil build can hit 57/49

Can you hero editor a Firestorm proc Warlock? Thinking Flamebellow + Phoenix Shield + Warlock torch = lag bonanza.

Someone tried making a % ctc miasma chain build only to find that it actually doesn't create DoT clouds until an enemy moves, when targeted on that enemy (as %ctc does)
Sadly the only real fire skill proc skills are 2x opalveins with 15% chance to cast level 2 flame wave which means its going to deal no damage even fully synergized. Nothing for miasma bolt, abyss, fire nova, apocalypse.

The most % ctc spam and lag you'll get from a warlock is with mirrored blades + bow/xbox + pierce since you can get up to 25 hits per attack, and the spells can actually have independent nextdelay and shotgun now. Like brand bow's bone spears at 173 damage a pop +/-% magic skill/pierce. Holy bolts don't do much but principle armor is also 100% ctc, then wisp + carrion wind if you feel fruity.

Yes, I am playing Buriza Miasma Chain proc Warlock (Chance to Flee is GG) on hardcore, but MF luck has been terrible. I did find a Flamebellow though and thought it interesting to ponder if Firestorm procloc drops games. No shot I'm getting a Phoenix shield or Torch though.
