echo:
holy freeze + cursed

fire:
conv + whatever

abyss:
no bind demon, use 3x defiler, consume 1

echo for ubers / pure summoner:
fana + cursed

blood boil:
conv + cursed (you deal both fire and phys dmg)
you can eventually replace conv by infinity on merc, simply to have better amp propagation from holy freeze, but this is an expensive commitment for little upgrade while you could use insight on merc instead
