My advice would be try to solo play as much as you can and run a few struggle builds before buying all the bis stuff because once you do it gets pretty boring fast lots of people play private games so Id you’re not part of a group or discord you might have issues finding many games depending on the time of day as well

Set a budget of fg that you're willing to spend per character. Be willing to lose it all tomorrow to a bug in Blizzard's system.

Otherwise, life is too short, just play like you normally would. And when you do die, do it with honor, not to some random tp.

tl;dr your character will eventually die, but just make sure it's not to something stupid
