Fhr is way worse now than in legacy. MAYBE sin would use this but traps also benefit from the lightning on griffons now

Perhaps 20-35% on all to preserve the "essence" of 08valk / match the 35% fcr from spirit to make it seem recurring.

Paladins and necros can benefit from 30%fcr.. not sure why people are all about the sin
when the fhr changes were Mostly due to the stunlock from MB xD... they could've just kept old fhr bps,
but nerfed mindblast a bit.

other screenshot when it had the "o skill" (teleport). Come to think of it... Shouldn't we be able to create enigma in any armor (black hades)? That'd be awesome xD. It would fit the name: "enigma". Definitely changes the game a bit... Griswold armor would be turned into enigma as well for the +20str!

eh fhr wasn't worth much in legacy anyway, either you had d2 with wsg, or d2r with a grace timer
I've always been a big critic of stacking fhr since the early days, if you're under mb spam you should be wsg boxcasting anyway, if you're in a trade of blows and opponent gets the first hit and interrupts you he's also going to get the 2nd, 3rd an 4th hits, don't kid yourself with fhr
fhr was always the stat that kicks in when you're fucked anyways

i think a caster would never use this, so make it a melee helm and add visio ar based on char lvl and some cb or ds

I can see this being a valuable idea.
What would you give it? 10cb could be cool with cbf. Bit of everything.

Personally, I think they should introduce subpar runewords like mLd items, revamp some uniques (exceptionals to make them worth the upgrade, but not necessarily compete with elite uniques/runewords. Perhaps 4-5 of the ~100 exceptionals and 4-5 of the normal ones along with the visual upgrade that seem to have been interrupted "to benefit the server stability" to then work on these later. Broken promises you know... both the server stability (they just needed more servers, but bottlenecked us because they thought we wouldn't wanna play longer than the first month... shit lasted 2 months and then again for ladder start which came in sssssssssssssoooooooooooo long after the launch. They can still sell stash tabs and make a huge profit.. then realize they can do everything I just said, still xD. Perhaps microsoft has half a brain for these things (doubt it).
