Lilith is one of the easier ones for me.

Uber duriel, you'll need to stack more to compensate for HF slow. I think maybe a highlords would do it, but not gonna check rn.

40ed really won't add much noticable difference (esp with lw)
Same with if you have cham or ravenfrost
Um can get you to max out your resists
Ber gets you DR (for lilith)

Biggest notice is survivability for me. So Um or Ber.

Just put a damn um rune in it and close the thread knowing you didnt waste a GG jewel in such a pissant ez to find hat.

For exotic purposes, 15ias/30LR jewel, then you can wear maras or crafted +2 amu with level 20+ fana for teleport. +1 skill equals to more ed from fana, base dmg from holy shield and ed from from smite itself. Cham in guilli opens up a ring slow for soj/bk but both offer less than a gg rare ring for a smiter.

If its hc, I would switch Guillaumes for CoA btw. less damage, but so much safer
