Nova sorc (kaykos build) will be plenty safe for hardcore. You should never farm A5 souls and never Tele stomp venom lords. They will eventually kill you if you do.

nw, doom, viper, mara, gerke, arach, trang gloves, 2 sojs, eth treks
I use memory for swap
one skill into cold mastery
maxed blizard + synergies
I have 17 on telekinesis atm, but it will be maxed as I level
my merc has prayer + insight

I solo terror zones + cs + baal in 5 players (as I can run only 5 clients on my pc)
I use barb bo
I don't think my life ever dropped below 80%
but even dropping below 95% is very rare

cold mastery is not capped at 200, I am not sure whats that about ?

You can play orb too, same build
But be prepared that you will be 2-3 times slower than with blizzard
If thats good for you then go for it, you will be still faster than many other character builds tbh
