Come one, be serious... 0 fcr on helm, 0 fcr on shield... u really think the phoenix flickering flame sorc will be a thing? I don't. And even if so, what's the point in forcing people to find more HRs than before to make their chars "viable".

I see you never built one. Let me help you:
ocu 30%+magefist 20%+ viper 30%+arachnid 20%. Any 5fcr amulet or a 10fcr ring grants you 105fcr bp then. You can also insert -5% fire rbf each into viper and ocu for even more aftersundering.

I never used traschuta ever. I rather use oculus or df. You seem to be experienced in traschutas :D

If you don't want random teleport still better than traschuta or hoto. -5% rbf is 10% more damage. I'd also rather use a crap df with good resists and a socket on a fire sorc than a noob magnet traschuta you usually carry around (hc). But really, even in HC, I use ocu.

Even a faceted rasha with sunder be pretty good for fireball.
