I feel like the same people who are saying that Blizz is incapable of mistakenly banning someone are the same people who probably complain endlessly about Blizz's "incompetence" when it comes to server issues, overabundance of Sunder charms, and things of that nature.

They do not ban you based on your behavior or chat logs (maybe if you threaten an insurrection IRL they might), they ban you when they have overwhelming evidence that you ran a program they have blacklisted. They don't blacklist random IDEs or dev tools, they literally download public/paid bots and cheats and match the exact checksums. Or you modified your game files or attempted to send packets that can be validated as illegitimate on their end
Care to explain why people running private bots still receive bans from time to time?
