yeah to be clear my testing indicates that dodge/evade/avoid have no gameplay functional animation at all anymore. Its like attacks/spells/etc having an extra 60% chance to miss. You don't get interrupted by the animation, the animation only plays if you are idle, and you can instantly cancel out of the animation, so in effect its just like the idle animation. And I think evade's animation doesn't trigger at all, since it only works while moving and you can now move completely unimpeded by DAE. This is very very very far beyond what was possible with WSG to mitigate D/A/E, since even if you WSGed absolutely perfectly, it still interrupted animations and restarted them.

notably this means zons just went from being the most heavily interrupted class to being the least interrupted class. 60% chance for an attack to not register at all means 60% less chance it puts you into hit recovery, 60% less chance it makes you block
zons will actually have an easier time teleporting in both PvP and PvM than most other chars now lmao. Slower, but far more reliable

Yeah, my testing confirms this. I almost don't want to believe it because it's so nice if they change it or this is a bug I will be so dissappoint

I should also add I confirmed it works for fuzzy dodger and I can only assume delirium form: you do not get your normal attacks interrupted, and no dodge animations play at all even when afk, from what I can tell
which is a shame, because the fuzzy dodger had super fast attack speed, now it attacks like molasses due to wereform change

Never thought fuzzy dodger. But it's literally 50%DR probably worth it lol

I mean technically speaking, being able to hit people basically uninterruptible at 9 fpa is better than not being able to attack at all at 5-6 fpa or whatever it was

so zons with max block will be nearly untouchable for physical damage attacks like melee and arrows/bolts.

exactly the same in terms of how much damage they take, right now
completely different in terms of their ability to move, attack, cast

I've had a lot of games where I bullied pub bowazons by chasing them around in werebear form with my damach zon hitting 7000+ hp, which means that a typical ~6k per arrow bowa needs to land somewhere around 150 shots to kill me, so I can just walk slowly towards them and watch them struggle

stat the bone spears/spirits and lets test it out, you can delete the necro afterwards and get it right back

see if bone spirit has its damage reduced by slow missiles / how slow it goes
