We do not have an exact time, but it will be on Wednesday. Past PTRs suggest between 9am-12pm PST but there is nothing confirmed.

still to be fair, I think even with these bow buffs still still favors mb/dr vita javazons more than it does bowazons
no fhr/dae lock doesn't mean a lot to glass walking zons like every dumb pubber builds because you either die in 1 hit or don't get hit, their WSG version was the same
meanwhile a 4300 hp 75 block 50 dr stacked resists DAE telezon is going to be stupidly hard to kill and can take you down in a few plague javelins with their sidegrade
course the bow buffs will favor tele osamas. Having 20 plague / 20 poison / 20 multi / 20 ga and 1 passives/valk/fury will make for a pretty beastly osamazon.
