I just saw in reddit about 3 hours ago, Pez the community manager said they would make changes to this within the PTR, and ask to test again, given their understanding on the game these changes will probably make the cap 20 FPA 🤣

my fingers are crossed, but there was a post below that which very clearly stated the problem:

blizz somehow perceived it as a buff

-> people call them out on it being the biggest nerf in d2 history

they claim its an iterative process

-> people ask, if it was an iterative process, then why introduce it in this state in the first place?

-> ???

-> blizzard fixes the problem?
