It can be done, fully setup with a good teams similar to russ/gerbarb

You can add lower level than 25 x7 on party for more exp, should be better than 1/8 unpartied i believe

Considering how the number 1 exp on classic has been ban multiples times from repetitive chaosruns, an ultra optimized chaos will be worse
