Thing is, he looks like Dave Bautista man. If you stood next to Dave Bautista IRL, he'd be the biggest mo'fo you've ever stood next to.
But in a video game, some people don't think his body frame is big enough to be a barbarian.
When they are working with realistic looking human graphics, there is only so much exaggerated proportions that they can pull off before models start looking literally retarded.

Sadly, I disagree. Amazon on D2 looks like 25-35. Think of a professional volleyball player or something. No way she's over 40. And her face has a feminine look (which is complete normal.. for a female?)
Iuno if blizzard still has the 3d model character files, but I'd bet good money she would look nowhere near as how the D2R team modeled her.
