Or start build an end game build with usefull runewords/stuff like enigma/griffon/infinity etc and CHEAP light/fire sunder ?

Also, don't forget the prices of cold sunder will be very expensiv early, and will fall off quickly when the ladder will be spam'd by Sunder, like annihilus.

Dont wear sunder, use infinity. Stay the same as before with no negative resist. Still top clearer in the game.

Not true. Infinity only breaks light.
So cold/fire/psn still need the charm. Infinity is just far less helpful.

Even if it worth nothing 1 month later, 1 month later you should be full stuff, so no reason to buy cold sunder at this stage.

And early, if you found one, you gonna sell it. I know it because of your fg's. And you gonna sell it fast, because prices will fall off quickly.

Fire sunder will be cheap, in fact because fire builds are expensiv. So no nobody will want to buy one early. => cheap

So, 2 weeks later after the reset, when you gonna start to build your endgame char, what you gonna do?

Buy for 5-10k your stupid cold sunder ?
or
Start to buy real gear; runewords/strong uniques/ + cheap fire/light sunder
