The 1% complaining are quite loud. I praise the PTR because this is the first time in the game's history they've given something like this to test with. It just shows how much better the backend of D2R is than D2.

Didn't you read the official 2.4 post? They said they want to buff the melee skills. A lot of melee builds use that gear. The balance changes will come soon. It shows the devs have a lot of knowledge about how the game is played at a high level.

Those moaning never played a PTR before I guess.

I think most of blizzards games where they have launched a PTR have had gear issues and problems when launched.

Look how quick they changed it after people said this doesn’t work for us, that’s what a PTR is, they just load up on characters they have used for testing other stuff and pretty much copy pasta, they aren’t the brightest, but please, the whole point of a PTR is to try and break stuff.

I'm just shook that after 20 years I realized enigma is fantastic on a Merc. Fort is almost useless in comparison if you're item hunting.

That 45%frw and 100% mf is absurd for minimal damage loss to fort.
