That was my initial impression as well when I first started using this site. They should make the disclaimer more obvious. Even in the case of scams, JSP doesn't do anything for you, despite your efforts to post evidence and your gold is still in scammer's account.

Count me as one of the people who thought the same. I mean between non refunds, scammers having time to either spend the fg or just move it to another account, it makes sense to just hammer the request mediator button on any transaction over 1000fg.

I am actually kind of dumbfounded the fg isnt refunded or something.
