If you only farm CS pure foh is good
If you want more diversity in your farm areas and are high lvl enough to allow the necessary skill points, then yes hybrid is worth it.

Foh req only to max holy bolt and foh, so you have like 60+ skills left to either go hammer or smite for ubers/bosses

Going with holyshock and conviction is just bad… all it does is you kill a single target faster but you have the same clear speed overal cuz its all about the holy bolts dmg

I think pure foh w/ conviction really shines early in ladder when everyone is running poverty spec gear because conviction is a huge DPS increase for all your groups elemental casters. Even then you can skip holy shock in favor of more survivability/utility, smite etc. Once everyone has sunders and gear your conviction aura kinda becomes superfluous in terms of group play which is when the hybrid build starts to come into play for me.

I only switch to Hybrid when I hit around 90 in Hell. I played as a Pure FOH first.

Hybrid is basically

20 FOH
20 Hammers
20 Holy Bolts
20 Holy Shield

Rest if it in Vigor / Aim

1 point to Concentrate , Redemption .

I put 1 point up to Fana because I use it do smite as well.
