So since this seems to be a real topic here, let me clarify why stuff like this is shitty. Its because there should be a certain kind of freedom in making games. Same goes for movies, books, paintings, everything.
Let people make games the way they want to. Most people are not trans, not disabled, not female even, so people usually make games with a vision in mind. That vision usually reflects their own fantasy, their own imagination, themselves probably.
Demanding all this shit makes games about something else. Its not about that, its about a fantasy, but not your fantasy. Might not be for you, but its the way it should be. The Sorc is a woman, period. The Barb a Man and so on, thats it. Thats how they wanted it. No one is disabled because its not fitting. No one is trans, because no one wanted it and if you wanna play the game, thats to accept.
You can probably imagine that the amount of disabled or trans developers is not particularly high, therefor they might not be represented a whole lot as well. Its how the world works. And thats a good thing.
Stop demanding stuff that has nothing to do with the game.
Game is shitty balanced? Fine, be vocal about it. Performance sucks? Tell them! Wanna have characters ln there that represent you better? Fook off and make your own game.
or maybe if you were a little more inclusive you could actually make more meaningful relationships? By branching out and being more inclusive, games bring more people in. It's not like you're going to be so repulsed by the addition of a trans character that you refuse to play. No, you'll still play. But then more people would be brought in, and it would enhance the game to have more diversity of people in it. Do you really wanna do 100+ baalruns with a group of white nationalist fuentes fans bragging about how straight they are? No, you don't, because surrounding yourself with hateful, bigoted people doesn't actually yield meaningful relationships.
