Whirlwind now hits everything in a certain radius per melee attack tick. Damage reverted to pre-nerf per skill point.
Melee skills now have splash and directional cones depending on the ability. The range and radius will be added to the descriptions.
4 Synergy talents will receive rework in the future removing 4th synergy. This includes skills that require "masteries" in order to achieve full damage. This will allow more hybrid specs involving more damage elemental types. On top of that synergies will be changed to be multi-element. That way gameplay evolves to be more tactical using spells in situations where immunities are blocking damage. There will be options to ignore this with hybrid damage, but also the option to interact with it.
Meteor is now two type damage (fire & physical). We'll be experimenting with hybrid damage and looking to add 1 hybrid damage ability to each character to counter immunities early on / pre-sunder farming. P2D has shown us there is plenty of room to work with fixing and altering talents to this day and that nothing is perfect. - patchnotes
