Chaos I clear all packs. Did try the sub 45sec chaos runs and it's slightly worse exp/h.

Exactly. I've been testing EVERYTHING, when it comes to exp/h and how to clear each zone most efficiently. Like % map clear etc.
When he says clear all, it's generally unique packs and very large group of monsters.
