I need to test first. We're past the stage of raw phase, I'm going to use ias scs.
4fpa value seems too low for me though.

They suck even more, stuck at 5fpa BP.

Still can't understand the dw mechanics (iv failed You 2h barb brothers, the dw side is too stronk)

Made miself an eth death BA and an oath BA. Currently using LOH . But could Also use nosferatu belt and Demonhorn helm with 15% IAs Jewel..

Would that set reach max fpa 4?

I haven't built a barb in this ladder of Classic. These "developers" have a nack for making inadvertent changes.

like ignore the mechanical advantage of whirlwind ignoring ias slows/chills/curses

So I am finally home and started testing and it's f**cked up because:
1. dual wield WSM is averaged
2. On weapon ias matters on each weapon and not at the same time. For example, if you pair oath ettin+ death ettin you decrease the total need for 4fpa with the 50ias from oath but the reduction itself is marginal in total. You reduce the total requirement by 20ias and not 50ias from oath.

I will test for WSM 10, WSM 0 and WSM -10 weapons first and post here. My setup is 2 x Ettin axes socketed with zod jah each for wsm 10, same for 2 x berserker axes for WSM 0, 2x war spikes for WSM -10 and a fire dmg sc to register hits. The ias increments are made by 1ias, 5ias, 10ias and 50ias scs I made in hero editor. If anyone wants the setup file I can upload it and share.
